My Brain lies in an ocean of stress and confusion.

So this past week I rushed a business frat., then my classes started piling work on me, now I'm going to be late paying for a speeding ticket and some big papers are due this week!  I must say that I'm just happy I'm surviving all of this... if it weren't for the friends I have that truly care about me I don't know if sometimes I could make it through the day.  

A Place So Familiar Is Still So Strange

Heading into week #3 here at USC (The Original) and I can't get over the fact that this place just never stops changing.  Like no matter what semester it is there is always a new feel to how things are amongst yourself, your friends and your environment.  As far as environment goes I dislike snow days when snow doesn't stick, just saying I like watching it fall but I like to play in it too.  I moved into my new new room too and it finally looks good since I have everything the way I like it!  Which is good because just now the stress level is starting to pick up... in class... in extracurriculars... in the private life... and in my jobs.  

Getting back to this job and the lovely information I'm sharing with you.  Every rep got some sample music of some different artists that we represent.  I have started to look into that, but I was looking at some up coming concerts and found a new love!  Their name is Toubab Krewe!  They're an awesome band that's nearly local for me, Asheville, NC.  Their sound is a fusion of America and West Africa, the smooth groove flows from instruments native to both.  Their second album was recorded live and released late last year.  If you love some chill music that you can totally kick back and study with these are the jams you NEED!  Plus check 'em out at Headliners Jan. 29!
